Flagstone

Flagstone is a natural occurring flat slab. Flagstone paver is an industry term given to any flat slabs of natural paving stone that is specifically mined from a stone quarry. Flagstone pavers are one of the most versatile types of pavers to be used in any project. Applications include patios, pool decks, walkways or stepping stones. Flagstone's ability to create a classic timeless look for terraces or pathways is what makes it so popular. Our flagstone is available in patio, stand up, and tumbled. Patio flagstone are smaller pieces ranging from ¾ - 2 inches thick and approximately 1-2 feet wide. Tumbled flagstone is much like the patio stone but is tumbled to give it smooth edges. With Patio and Tumbled you get approximately 100-135 sq. ft. per ton (2000lbs). Stand up flagstone generally runs larger ranging from 1 ½ - 2 ½ inches thick and 2-4 feet wide. Since Stand up flagstone is thick you get 90-100 sq. ft. per ton. Most, but not all of our flagstone comes in all three styles.
